What is Active Meditation?
With Active Meditation you can discover your life and body energy intensively. It’s an active work form that helps you to improve the connection between feeling and thinking. It helps you to understand patterns that you have developed in your life. When you understand yourself better, it's easier to relax. From relaxation, development is possible.
Active Meditations are designed for modern man. Each meditation contains a phase of energy build up, a phase of energy release and a conclusive phase of quiet sitting or lying down. The energy build up and release can be created through dancing, shaking, the use of your voice, breathing techniques and so on.
Anyone can do these meditations, you don't have to know anything special or be fit! The meditations are designed in such a way that every individual can do them in accordance with their capacities and physical fitness level.
Each class we work around a different life theme with different meditations. Important themes are grounding, your emotional household, your heart, your voice and the connection with others in your life.
