Vision
My coaching is base don the spiritual principal that you’re the creator of everything that happens in your life. You create your life experiences to give yourself an opportunity to understand and express the true essence of your being. The source you use to create these experiences is love energy.
That implies that even though your life experiences may seem difficult, painful, depressing or sad to you at times, there is a loving intention hidden inside of them. For that reason I don’t coach from a ‘problem-orientated’ perspective.
Whatever it is that is going on in your life, I will always support you to find the loving intention and the life energy that’s hidden in the experience.
You are already perfect so the only healing to be done is to truly embrace this fact. Embracing your divine being truly creates transformation. You learn how to think, talk and feel from a perspective of possibilities and chances.
Coaching Technique
I coach from a simple dynamic: you talk, I listen and reflect on what you say. I also listen to and reflect on what is said without words. Your body language and the whole energy around your being is an important tool that I use. I’m highly sensitive to what’s energetically present and I mirror your energy. As a thread I use these energetic signals during our meeting. I can show you when a flow of love, intensity or passion is present in your being.
Whenever that is adequate, I can show you simple meditation techniques or I will use small bodywork exercises to intensify the contact with deeper layers of your being.
Length of our cooperation and duration sessions
We can work together in one or multiple sessions. The legth of our cooperation depends on your reasons to start the coaching, the self investigation that you’ve done in the past and your personal preference for the amount of support you wish to receive on your life journey.
On average 3 to 5 sessions have prove to be sufficient to (re)gain an attitude towards your present life experiences where you feel equipped to handle things on your own again.
Sessions usually take between 45 and 75 minutes. The length fully depends on the energy and the interaction during each session.
The first session will usually take around 75 minutes. Your reasons for taking up Life Coaching will be the central theme of this session. We also focus on how I work and if there is a 'click' for you in working with me. There's also room for all your practical questions.
Character analysis
In my work one of the important sources I use is the Theory of Character Analysis as developed by Wilhelm Reich and refined by Lowen and Pierrakos.
