Coaching Technique
I coach from a simple dynamic: you talk, I listen and reflect on what you say. I also listen to what is said without words. Your body language and the whole energy around your being is an important tool that I use.
Conversation, Energetic Work and Meditation
Sessions are build up around reflection on the conversation. If suitable energetic work and meditation techniques can also be part of a session.
Duration of the session
A session usually takes between 45 and 75 minutes. The length fully depends on the energy and the interaction during each session.
Character analysis
In my work one of the important sources I use is the Theory of Character Analysis as developed by Wilhelm Reich and refined by Lowen and Pierrakos.
